(More customer reviews)I love this thing - it saves me so much time when mincing garlic, onions, shallots; even things that don't smell up your hands. You can use this to chop, finely chop or mince (depending on how many times you pull the string) most anything. The action is similar to starting a lawn mower. And the thing that I love most about it is that it's not electrical and so you can use it in place of the mini-prep without having to get it all out and plug it in.
